RENTALS
The upper hall, lower lounge and the ice rink are available
for rent both during the winter and summer for private parties,
receptions, meetings, dances and curling events. The Club provides bar
services; table set-up and take down and clean-up. You pay the rental fee
only and are welcome to decorate the hall to suit your needs.

The upstairs
hall seats 150 persons at an event rental cost of $250.00 plus GST. The
rental fee includes table set-up and take-down as well as the placement
of plastic covering on all tables if required. The hall has an elevated
space to accommodate a DJ or a band.

The kitchen
located on the same level as the upper hall is also available for rental
at a cost of $95.00 plus GST. This rental includes use of the counters; a
commercial dishwasher; refrigerator; freezer and 2 commercial stoves.
Rental of the kitchen does NOT include linen, dishes, pots and pans: nor
cutlery. Use of the kitchen counters ONLY costs $ 40.00 plus GST.

The lower
lounge seats 50 persons at a rental cost of $120.00 plus GST. Bar
services are also available in the lower lounge.

The ice
surface is available for a rental fee of $350.00 for all 4 ice sheets.
Individual ice sheets are available for rental at a cost of $100.00 per
sheet. These fees include the use of the lower lounge and lockers.

The Arnprior
Curling Club has a large parking lot at the rear of the building to
accommodate hall rentals and / or curling events. This space is also
available for rental and fees would be determined on a case by case
basis.
** NOTE - A $50.00
deposit is required (per booking) and is due upon the signing of your
Rental Agreement. Cancellation of a booking 30 calendar days prior to the
event will result in the return of the deposit. Cancellation less than
the 30 day period will result in the forfeiture of the deposit unless an
alternate date is confirmed in writing.
