MAJOR RENOVATIONS TO THE ARNPRIOR CURLING CLUB COMPLETED

Canadian Government

In partnership with

Arnprior Curling Club
The Arnprior Curling Club extends its deep appreciation to the Government of Canada for the funding contribution of up to $27,282 through the Canada 150 Community Infrastructure Program (CIP150) to improve our Club’s building. The funds helped to offset the cost of making permanent repairs to the flat roof, replacing all of the windows and installing an air conditioning system in the upstairs main hall

At the Annual General Meeting on May 7, 2018, the Arnprior Curling Club officially recognized the generous CIP150 contribution, delivered by the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario). The funded project has enabled our Club to be more sustainable and energy efficient. It has also allowed us to redirect our resources towards projects that will improve the curling experience, including the addition of new LED lights in the ice shed and a camera/monitor system to allow spectators to see the action at the far end of each curling sheet.
